1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ömer Erdem Aydemir ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Brochure Maker mobile application (the "App") and this informational website. Brochure Maker helps users create AI-generated single-page and tri-fold brochures.

3. Photos and device permissions

Photo-library access is requested only when you choose a logo or reference photo, or when you ask the App to save a finished brochure. Selected media is used to provide the requested feature. Saving a brochure adds the exported file to your photo library. Notification permission is optional and is requested before notifications are sent.

4. How we use information

• Provide authentication, brochure creation, editing, storage, export, and account features.
• Send your submitted content to AI services to generate the brochure you request.
• Maintain credits, subscriptions, purchases, and entitlements.
• Secure the App, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
• Measure feature usage and improve the product.
• Send service or promotional notifications when you have granted permission.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. AI processing

Content you submit for generation or editing is transmitted to our cloud backend and AI providers to produce the requested output. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, or content you do not have permission to use. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication, printing, or commercial use.

6. Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own terms:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, server functions, app integrity, analytics, messaging, AI processing, and crash reporting. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat for subscription and purchase entitlement management. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, refunds, and platform services. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request account deletion from the App's settings. Deletion removes the account information under our control, subject to legal, security, backup, and transaction-record retention requirements. Files already saved to your device or shared elsewhere are not deleted automatically.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or object to certain processing. You may manage photo, notification, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings and manage subscriptions through your Apple Account. Contact us to exercise a privacy right. We may need to verify your request.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or applicable law changes. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
